Reiki is a gentle hands-on energy healing practice that originated in Japan.  It can be learned by anyone, and is the practice of channelling universal energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Reiki is more than just a healing technique—it’s a way of life. By learning Reiki, you can:

My Reiki courses are held in Nottingham, and are designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience, in either small group workshops or one to one training.  I’m a member of the UK Reiki Federation with a training lineage tracing back to Dr Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki.  Training includes theory, hands on practice, training manual, handouts, and ongoing post-workshop support

Level 1 – £170

• Receive your first Reiki attunement (a powerful healing experience)
• Learn about Reiki, it’s history and principles
• Learn preparation, body scanning and hand positions for self-healing and healing others
• Hands-on practice giving Reiki to yourself and each other
• Free ongoing support and Zoom video call 4 weeks after training

Level 2 – £190

• Can be undertaken 3 months after Level 1
• Receive your second Reiki attunement
• Learn three Reiki symbols and how to use them to amplify and add focus to your Reiki
• Learn distance healing methods
• Hands-on practice ‘sending’ distance Reiki
• Hands-on practice using the symbols on each other
• Working as a Reiki Practitioner – handout provided, with additional Zoom video session available for more detailed one to one business guidance

Level 3(a) Reiki Master Practitioner – £220

• Can be undertaken 12 months after Level 2
• Receive your third Reiki attunement
• Learn the Reiki Master symbol and how to use it
• Advanced healing techniques and working more intuitively
• The Three Pillars of Reiki
• Crystal grids
• Hands-on practice using the Master symbol and Three Pillars of Reiki

Level 3(b) Reiki Master Teacher – £260

• Prerequisite: minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Reiki Practitioner
• Receive your fourth Reiki attunement
• Learn a second Master symbol
• How to perform attunements
• Structure and content of Reiki classes, and preparing your training materials
• Hands-on practice giving attunements
