ABOUT ME

I’m a Reiki Master Teacher & Practitioner (UK Reiki Federation member) a qualified Life Coach (National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists accredited) and certified Going Beyond the Veil facilitator.

I teach Reiki in Nottingham, and offer distance Reiki, coaching and GBTV sessions via Zoom.

Like many people I’ve had my share of personal challenges, lived life on autopilot and didn’t really know who ‘I’ was, but learning Reiki in 2016 started me on a path that changed me, and my life, in ways I could never have imaged. It initiated my spiritual awakening – I underwent a radical shift in consciousness and awareness, began to learn who I really was, and unlearn who I was taught to be.

I’ve stepped out of my comfort zone, embraced my authentic self and left behind a lifestyle that wasn’t healthy for me. I’ve learned the importance of self-care, honouring my values, setting healthy boundaries and making courageous decisions. It’s not always been easy, but I’ve found my purpose and the confidence to live my life my way, and I’m now passionate about helping others do the same.
